+Can an association do business?
Yes, but only as a secondary activity and the profit must be used for the main (non-profit) activity. The main activity cannot have a business character.
+How to get public-benefit status?
The status is still waiting for effective implementing legislation; in practice it cannot yet be obtained. We monitor the legislation and inform clients about developments.
