A tailor-made contract
Template contracts from the internet usually do not match the specific situation and often hide risks that only emerge in a dispute. We prepare contracts exactly to the client's needs so they protect them and prevent disputes. For repeating transactions we also design a template the client can reuse.
Reviewing a third-party contract before signing
Before signing an important contract it pays to have a lawyer go through it. We flag risky clauses, negotiate changes and draft addenda. An hour of legal review often saves hundreds of thousands – especially for works contracts, leasing contracts or supplier general terms.
Securing and enforcing receivables
A good contract anticipates the situation when the counterparty does not pay. We arrange security in the form of a promissory note, guarantee, mortgage or bank guarantee. If the contract is breached we enforce the claim quickly – pre-litigation notice, lawsuit and enforcement.

Yes, on our Free templates page you can find a basic power-of-attorney template and other commonly used documents. For a specific situation we always recommend a short consultation – a template is a starting point, not a ready-made solution.
+Will you also review a contract in a foreign language?
We work primarily with documents in Czech. For documents in English we agree the engagement individually.
