Safe transfer of real estate from A to Z
Buying or selling real estate is usually the most significant financial transaction in life. We prepare purchase agreements, registration petitions and future purchase contracts so they safely protect our clients' interests. Before every transaction we check the cadastre, any encumbrances (mortgages, easements, enforcements) and other risks.
Attorney escrow of the purchase price
For greater safety we offer attorney escrow of the purchase price. The money is held in a separate bank account and released to the seller only after the agreed conditions are met – typically after the buyer's title is recorded in the cadastre. The escrow is insured and transparently accounted for.
Easements and mortgages
We draft easement agreements (right of way, lifetime use, utility lines) and mortgage agreements securing loans. We pay close attention to registration so it goes through without rejection and the legal effects match the actual agreement.

+How much does a real estate purchase contract cost?
The standard package (purchase agreement, registration petition, signature verification and communication with the cadastre) is prepared for a fixed fee agreed in advance. The price reflects complexity and value; for a standard transaction it is in the lower thousands of Czech crowns.
+What is the fee for attorney escrow?
The fee is lower than for most bank escrows and is always agreed in advance. The escrow runs at a reputable bank on a separate client account.
+How long does cadastral registration take?
The Cadastral Office decides no earlier than 20 days after the entry. In practice the whole process from signing to ownership registration takes about 5–8 weeks.
